My 10 year old son broke his scaphoid, after being previously misdiagnosed by another doctor. Miss Hajipour, listened to him, checked his X-rays and examined him, it was broken. She spoke to my son, explaining everything clearly and carefully. After each visit we left knowing what was happening at every stage of his recovery, which took 4 months. I felt she took great care in his treatment. My son took her advice, especially on a family ski holiday, he sat out of all activities, including skiing and sledging, as she had advised it could delay his healing or lead to other injuries. We have nothing but praise for her. Many thanks for spotting his injury and guiding us through the recovery.

Miss Hajipour is a very caring considerate consultant. I hand my right hand carpal tunnel done August 2015 and I couldn't believe what a difference it made. I went ahead with my left hand carpal tunnel January 2016 and again very neat scaring which you cant really see. I wouldn't have wanted any other surgeon to do it. Miss Hajipour supported me before, during (even when I wasn't feeling very well in the middle of surgery, Miss Hajipour talked to me and other nurses to calm my nerves) and after surgery explaining in detail what would be happening. I enjoyed Miss Hajipour's humour and making light jokes that kept you calm before surgery. Keep up the good work.

Miss Hajipour is a friendly and approachable consultant. Every time I have seen her she is always smiling and listened carefully to any queries or concerns during my consultation. During her initial consultation she explained in full her diagnosis of the problems I was experiencing with my right hand. She went ahead with carpal tunnel surgery and kept me fully informed on the day of what to expect during the operation and post-operatively. I agree wholeheartedly with a previous review that she treats you as an equal and not as another person on a production line. You leave feeling that she cares about your health and well being not only for the time you are under her care but also for the years to come. Miss Hajipour has a lovely bedside manner she attentive and I highly recommend anyone requiring hand and wrist surgery to elect to be seen by her.

Inspired confidence from initial meeting. Articulate, easy to understand, gave full explanations of condition, surgery and what can be expected in the future.

I simply cannot thank Miss Hajipour enough for the quite amazing results she has achieved with my wrist. I had scapholunate ligament reconstruction surgery and this saved me from having the bones fused. The hand therapist described the strength and flexibility that I've regained as being 'exceptional'. But actually, it's Miss Hajipour's totally un-consultant-like manner that stands her apart from any experience I've ever had within the NHS system. Friendly, smiling, listening, explaining, more smiling, more listening, more explaining and time never an issue. I felt I was a human being talking to a very understanding normal person on an equal footing rather than a product being processed. All medicine students should be taught how to interact with patients as Miss Hajipour does!! The only issue I have, and its a big one, is that Miss Hajipour does not do shoulders and knees too!
